Leaders

Serves as the church’s primary spiritual leader, responsible for preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and guiding church vision. Leads pastors and ministry teams, oversees operations, and promotes spiritual growth through sound biblical doctrine. Above all, models a Christ-centered life, living by biblical standards as a shepherd to the church and community.

Supports the Senior Pastor through hands-on ministry experience in preaching, teaching, counseling, and leadership. Focuses on developing ministerial skills while specializing in church programming, training leaders, and overseeing administrative, music, media, and technical departments.

Supports the Resident Pastor in various leadership and administrative roles, including preaching, teaching, counseling, and providing pastoral care. Responsibilities also include overseeing evangelism, follow-up, new converts training, volunteer recruitment, and assisting with Bible studies—serving as a key support in fulfilling the church’s vision and mission.

Primarily assists the Senior Pastor in leading the congregation and supporting various ministries locally and internationally. Areas of focus include preaching, teaching, counseling, pastoral care, and community outreach. Works closely with the Resident Pastor at PCI to help execute the church’s vision and mission, with specialization in music ministry, missions, and departmental training.
